For Those Who Wish to View a Share House

Before signing a contract, we ask you to view the share house first.
You can choose from the following two viewing options.

(1) In-Person Viewing
Visit the share house in person, and our staff will show you around.

(2) Online Viewing
We will show you the share house online via video call, using photos, videos, and floor plans.

★ Viewing Before Signing a Contract
To make sure you understand the atmosphere, facilities, and house rules before moving in, we ask all residents to complete a viewing before signing a contract.

For viewing requests, your appointment will be confirmed only after we have spoken with you by phone.
Please note that your viewing is not confirmed until we have spoken with you by phone.

Viewing Hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

• If you are applying from overseas or live far away and are unable to view the property in advance, please contact us.

If you may apply on the day of your viewing, please prepare one copy of a photo ID.

• Please note that the number of share houses we can show you in one visit may be limited.
