In your own private room, you can relax at your own pace. In shared spaces such as the living room and kitchen, you can feel the subtle presence of fellow housemates. Rather than forcing interaction, allowing each resident to live at a comfortable distance from one another is also one of the things that Couverture values.
To accommodate various lifestyles and aspirations of ‘the kind of life I want to live,’ we offer a diverse range of room types and share houses with distinct personalities.
The Vision and Thoughts Behind the Name ‘Couverture’
Our concept -Couverture- means -Cover- in French.
-Couverture chocolate- is known as a high quality chocolate with a rich quantity of Cacao butter that has passed a strict standard test.
It is often used for the final touch of confectionery and, for that reason, has a high reputation as a cover-chocolate.
The atmosphere our share-houses provide will fill you up with a soft and happy feeling.
Just as if you had the best chocolate.

01｜Living & Sharing Space
Shared spaces such as the living room and kitchen are areas used by all residents together.
Unlike your private room where you spend time alone, it is a space for dining, relaxing, and naturally exchanging words when you cross paths.
At Couverture, we also provide well-equipped shared amenities to make your daily life comfortable, such as large TVs and fully equipped kitchen facilities.
In addition to kitchens, showers, toilets, and sinks, there are relaxing living and dining spaces, fully stocked with tableware, cooking utensils, and sanitary consumables.
02｜Single Room A type
Single Room Type A is a private room with a lockable door. The room is fully equipped with an air conditioner, refrigerator, bed, desk and chair, and closet.
03｜Single Room B type
In addition to the features of Type A, the Single Room Type B comes with private water facilities, including a toilet, sink, and shower installed right in the room.
04｜Twin Room
The twin room is designed to be shared by two people, offering a more affordable option than the single room. In addition to a shared refrigerator and air conditioner, the room is equipped with individual lockable lockers.
05｜Triple Room
The triple room is designed to be shared by three people, and like the twin room, it is equipped with individual lockable lockers.
