FOR.Cは、新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）に対して、
入居者様、提携会社、弊社スタッフの安全・健康確保を考慮し以下の対応を実施しております。
入国制限措置と入国後の行動制限措置の双方の措置については
外務省と厚生労働省の発表に従い対応するものとします。

―入国管理局の入国制限に従い、入国が許可された方に関しては
入国後14日間経過後に異常が認められない方に限り通常通りの入居案内させていただきます。
―検疫を経て自宅待機を要請された方はご自身で待機場所を確保して頂きます。
原則弊社シェアハウスではなくホテルなどでの滞在を要請させていただきます。
―新規入居者様には、原則申込審査の際と、入居前日と入居当日（合計3回）
体調確認の申請をお願いしています。万が一体温が37.5度を超える場合
入居日の延期をお願いしております。
―日本国籍の入居者様につきましても、過去2週間以内に海外渡航をされた方は
帰国後14日間の待機期間を設けた後に体調に問題が無いと確認された方に限りご入居をお願いいたします。
―政府方針により日本への渡航が制限された方につきましてはキャンセル料は無料でご対応いたします。
緊急事態宣言解除後も
ハウスへの訪問者をできる限り減らすために以下の対応を採用して参ります。
―ご入居のお手続きについては、電子書類で事前確認を行い時短でのご案内を採用しております。
オンライン内覧をご提案しております。現地内覧につきましてはご相談ください。
―新規入居者様には、原則申込審査の際と、入居前日と入居当日（合計3回）
体調確認の申請をお願いしています。万が一体温が37.5度を超える場合
入居日の延期をお願いしております。
―契約お手続きの際にスタッフはマスクを着用させていただきます。
お客様もマスク（もしくは代用品）の着用をお願いいたします。
―陽性反応が出た場合は必ず弊社へお知らせください。
―弊社運営物件にお住まいの方にコロナウイルスの感染者が出た場合、
他の入居者へ感染拡大を防ぐため保健所を始め医療機関の指示に従って
感染者は速やかに指定の待機場所へ移動してください。
―宿泊施設・ホテルについて
詳しくは、各保健所や帰国者・接触者相談センターに直接ご自身で問い合わせください。
―陽性結果の確認後のハウスへの立入は保健所始め医療機関の指示に従って入館してください。
―感染予防に関する注意喚起をメールおよびポスター掲示、SNSで発信します。
―全物件の共有部に消毒液を設置しています。
―キッチンなど共有部ご利用の際は「社会的距離2m」間隔を空けてください。
―政府から終息宣言の発表があるまでの期間ゲストの招待を禁止します。
―ホームパーティを禁止します。
―共有部でのマスク着用をお願いいたします。
―使用済みマスク、ティッシュペーパー、ゴム手袋は共有部のゴミ箱には捨てることを禁止します。
これら使用済みのアイテムはビニール袋に入れて密閉して自分でゴミ処分をすることを義務とします。
―高濃度オゾン発生器を用いて全ハウス共有部の除菌を定期的に実施いたします。
―物件訪問時はスタッフにマスク着用必須とします。
―小まめな手洗い、うがいをスタッフに指示します。
―咳や37.5℃以上の発熱等の諸症状があるスタッフには自宅待機を指示します。
―スタッフの同居者や近親者に感染者または濃厚接触者と認定された方がいる場合は、
速やかに会社に報告させ感染の疑いがある場合は自宅待機の指示します。

--For those who are allowed to enter the country according to the immigration restrictions of Immigration Bureau,
we will guide you as usual if there is no abnormality found 14 days after entering Japan.
--Those who has been required to wait at home for self-quarantine must prepare their own waiting place.
We would like to ask you to stay in a hotel instead of our sharehouse.
--For the new tenants, please check your physical condition at the time of application, the day before moving in and the day of moving (3 times in total)
In the unlikely event that your body temperature is over 37.5 degree, we would like to ask you to postpone the move-in date.
--For the Japanese tenants who have traveled abroad in the past two weeks,
only those who have been confirmed to be in good physical condition after self-quarantine period are allowed to move in.
--Cancellation fee is free of charge for those who are restricted from traveling to Japan due to government policy.
-For the procedure of moving in, the paperwork will be confirmed beforehand via e-documents to reduce the guidance time.
--We will suggest the house viewing via Skype or Zoom.
--For the new tenants, please check your physical condition at the time of application, the day before moving in and the day of moving (3 times in total)

--The staff will wear a mask during the contract procedure.
The customers will also be asked to wear a mask (or substitute).
--If you are tested positive, please be sure to inform us.
--If there is a tenant in the house that we manage
In order to prevent the spread of infection to other residents,
the infected person should immediately move to the designated waiting place
according to the instructions of the health center and medical institutions.
--About the accommodations and hotels
Please contact the medical institutions or consultation center for recent arrivals or close contact people directly.
--When entering the house after receiving a positive result, please follow the instructions of the public health center and medical institutions.
--We will send the notices regarding prevention measures via emails, posters and SNS.
--The disinfectant liquid is prepared in every house.
--Please keep 2m distance when using the common areas such as the kitchen.
--Inviting guests is prohibited until the government announces the end of the pandemic.
--Parties inside the house are prohibited.
--Please wear a mask in the common area.
--Disposing of the used masks, tissue paper and rubber gloves in the garbage bin in the common areas is prohibited.
Please put these used items in a plastic bag, tie it carefully and dispose of them yourself.
--In general, our staff will work remotely to reduce contact with other people.
--The staff must wear a mask when visiting the house.
--The staff is instructed to wash hands and disinfect.
--The staff is required to stay at home if they have symptoms such as coughing or fever above 37.5 degree.
--If there is a person who is identified as an infected person or close contact person living or being close with the staff, Or if the staff is suspected to be infected, he/she will be asked to stay at home.
